1. Who these terms apply to

Accuroo is the digital-products brand of Individual Entrepreneur Mishin Denis, registered in Georgia. Its first product, Accuroo Smart Finance, is developed and supplied by this business. These supplier terms govern the purchase, activation and use of the programme. Optional consulting services are subject to the Consultation & Support Terms. Business details are in the Legal Notice.

Accuroo is intended for business use. The planned markets include the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada, subject to the availability of the sales platform in the purchaser’s location. These terms do not remove mandatory rights if a purchase qualifies as a consumer transaction.

2. What you are purchasing

Accuroo Smart Finance is a digital management accounting and financial analysis programme built in Google Sheets for small and medium-sized service businesses. It brings together transaction records, payroll and work logs, financial reports, cash forecasting, analytical comments and validation checks.

The programme costs US$99 as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring Accuroo subscription for the supplied version. Each workbook covers one year. Creating a workbook for the next year is free, with the programme’s automated transfer of settings, reference lists and closing balances into the new year.

You may continue using the supplied version indefinitely, subject to these terms of use. It is distinct from an unlimited support service or a promise that Google or other third-party services will remain unchanged.

Updates to the Accuroo script add-on are free for purchases with an valid activation code. The US$99 price includes reporting and correction of software bugs. It does not include setup, training, consulting or individual technical assistance. This promise relates to add-on updates; it is not a promise that every future standalone product is included.

3. Prices and ordering

Setup Assistance is available separately for US$200 / 3 hours. One-Month Support is available separately for US$600 / 12 hours during one month. These services are optional and do not form part of the US$99 programme price.

The prices US$99, US$200 and US$600 include applicable taxes and are the final advertised amounts in USD. Programme purchases are planned through Paddle, acting as authorised reseller and merchant of record. The Paddle entity shown at checkout is the seller for that transaction; its Buyer Terms also apply. The programme’s terms of use and technical obligations remain the supplier’s responsibility.

Available payment methods, the final tax-inclusive amount and digital delivery details are shown before you confirm an order. Payment instructions and any specific terms for consultation packages are agreed in writing before booking. Contact us if checkout is not yet available.

A request through the contact form is an enquiry, not a paid order. A paid order will identify the product or service, total price, seller and delivery arrangements, with a confirmation that the customer can retain.

4. Activation code and permitted use

The purchase grants the right to use the supplied programme; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of its underlying design, formulas, scripts or documentation. The customer retains their own business data.

One purchase provides an activation code and a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the programme for one company. Its authorised staff and advisers may use the programme for that company. Internal backup copies and annual rollover workbooks are permitted. An accountant or consultant using Accuroo for several unrelated client companies needs a separate purchase and activation code for each company.

Resale, public distribution, granting use rights to others and supplying programme copies to unrelated businesses are prohibited. Do not share your activation code with another company or bypass activation controls. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted are unaffected.

The planned Accuroo add-on provides the script commands and uses the activation code supplied with the purchase to enable access. Installation and activation instructions will accompany the purchase. Internal backup and annual rollover rights are preserved.

To confirm: Before release, complete the activation service and Marketplace publication, specify the activation and recovery process, and verify that it supports the agreed perpetual use and annual rollover.

5. Requirements and capacity

• A compatible Google account, access to Google Sheets and an internet connection are needed. Review your organisation’s Google Workspace restrictions before purchase.
• The intended capacity is approximately 250–300 employees across the year, depending on employment duration and payroll assignments. It is not a promise of 300 full-year payroll records for every staffing arrangement.
• Up to 500 external counterparties requiring individual receivables or payables tracking. There is no separate counterparty-count limit for one-off customers or suppliers whose outstanding balances do not need to be tracked. Up to 2,500 payment transactions per month, including payments involving one-off counterparties; other workbook transaction limits still apply.
• Optional AI chat assistance requires a separate compatible add-on and may involve separate provider terms and charges. It is not included in the programme price.

The delivery package is a PDF containing a workbook-copy link, instructions and an activation code for enabling the Accuroo add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace. A compatible Google account and authorisation of the add-on’s disclosed permissions are required.

To confirm: Add the live Marketplace listing, supported languages and verified permission requirements before sales begin. The Accuroo activation add-on is separate from an optional third-party AI add-on.

6. Using the programme responsibly

Technical sheets and calculation areas are protected, with designated areas for input. Validation, row checks, balance reconciliation and report audits help detect issues. They support review; they do not guarantee that every incorrect entry will be detected or that every financial conclusion is correct.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of source data, review of warnings, appropriate backups and access permissions, and decisions based on the reports. Google Sheets range protection controls editing; it does not provide separate confidential views of the same workbook. The workbook owner can change protection settings.

The programme is a management information tool. Its reports and interpretations do not replace statutory accounting, tax filings or professional advice where these are required. No particular profit, cash balance or business outcome is guaranteed.

7. Delivery, issues and statutory rights

Delivery and cancellation are explained in the Digital Delivery & Refunds policy. No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered after digital access has been supplied, subject to applicable withdrawal rights, other mandatory remedies and Paddle’s rules for a transaction processed by Paddle.

Please report access problems, defects or a material difference from the agreed description through Contact. Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Disputes and changes

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue so that we can investigate. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.

These supplier terms and disputes relating to programme use or services are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory law that applies. If you qualify as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the law of your habitual residence. We encourage you to contact support@accuroo.app so that we can seek an amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Georgia, without restricting any right to use another court, regulator or dispute-resolution body available under mandatory law. Paddle transactions are separately subject to the terms of the Paddle entity identified at checkout.

The version provided with an accepted order applies to that order. Later website revisions do not retrospectively remove the customer’s agreed rights.
