Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you visit, enquire or request support.
1. Who is responsible
This notice covers accuroo.app enquiries and related customer communications. The responsible business is Individual Entrepreneur Mishin Denis, registered in Georgia. Its details are also provided in the Legal Notice.
Individual Entrepreneur Mishin Denis is responsible for the Accuroo website’s customer communications and product support. Privacy contact: support@accuroo.app.

2. Information and purposes
- Enquiries: your name, email, selected area of interest and message, to answer your question and discuss a requested product or service. Required fields are needed so we can respond.
- Security: web requests may include an IP address, browser details and technical logs. The enquiry form uses a hashed IP-based counter with a 10-minute expiry to limit repeated submissions.
- Purchases, once connected: Paddle handles checkout and the billing information for its transactions. Accuroo will use the order and activation-code information needed to fulfil the purchase, enable programme access and handle technical issues. The website enquiry form does not collect payment-card details.
- Support: correspondence and any information you choose to provide for an agreed task. Please do not put confidential financial records in the public enquiry form.
The current enquiry form sends the submitted details to the configured business mailbox. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages or ask for card details.
3. Basis for handling information
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, responding to a requested quotation or providing a purchased service may be necessary for a contract or steps you request before a contract. Ordinary business correspondence and site security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Required business records may be kept to meet legal obligations. Optional marketing or tracking that requires consent must be offered separately.
4. Service providers and international transfers
Website hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. Infomaniak states that its hosting infrastructure and entrusted data are hosted in Switzerland. See its legal details and hosting information.
Business email and activation codes: Infomaniak is the selected provider for business email and the planned activation service in Switzerland. The activation service is not yet operational. It is intended to process activation codes and the related identifiers required to enable programme access, not workbook transaction rows, balances or payroll records.
Other providers: Google provides the Google Sheets environment under the customer’s Google account terms. The website currently requests Google Fonts and browser libraries from external content-delivery services; these requests disclose technical connection information such as an IP address. Paddle will process purchase and payment information under its Privacy Policy when checkout is connected.
Technical logs may include IP addresses, request times, requested resources, response codes and error information for security and troubleshooting. Hosting and mailbox backup retention follows the subscribed service and its configured retention cycle; no specific log or backup duration is represented here as verified. Backups are used for recovery, with access limited to authorised administrators and service providers. WhatsApp and Telegram are not currently integrated. For transfers subject to applicable data-protection law, an adequacy decision or other legally valid mechanism, such as applicable standard contractual clauses, is required where relevant. The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing adequate protection; this does not automatically cover onward transfers or access from other countries.
Any disclosure required by law or needed to establish or defend a legal claim is limited to the relevant purpose. This website notice should be read alongside the policies of third-party services you choose to use.
5. Your Google Sheets workbook and optional AI
Business data entered in a Google Sheets workbook is distinct from a website enquiry. Your Google account and sharing settings determine who you invite to that workbook. If you invite us to help, access is governed by the agreed support task. Technical sheet protection is an editing control, not a guarantee of confidentiality between collaborators.
A separately installed AI add-on may transmit the information you submit to its publisher or an AI provider. Review its permissions and privacy terms before enabling it, and avoid sharing information you are not authorised to disclose.
Accuroo does not send the financial records in your workbook to external services. We do not retain customer workbook copies or use AI during support. Authorised access may be needed to make an agreed adjustment or fix a technical issue.
Activation codes are separate from financial data. The planned activation service will record issued activation codes and the identifiers needed to enable access to the Accuroo add-on. The intended design excludes transaction rows, balances, reports and payroll records from activation requests.
Before activation becomes available: This notice will specify the exact activation-code fields, related identifiers, technical logs and retention periods. Activation records are expected to be retained while needed to provide programme access. The future activation service is not described as collecting or storing no information.
6. How long information is kept
Different records need different retention periods. Enquiry messages, customer support material, transaction records and security logs must each have a defined purpose and retention period or criterion. The form’s rate-limit counter expires after 10 minutes; hosting logs and backups are separate records.
- Inactive enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a continuing contract, legal obligation or claim requires longer retention.
- Customer workbook copies are not retained. If temporary support material other than a workbook copy is provided for a task, it is deleted within 30 days after the work ends, unless retention is required by law or an unresolved claim.
- Routine correspondence needed to document an active purchase or service, activation-code records and mandatory financial records have separate purposes; the 30-day rule is not a promise to erase legally required records.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records may still need to be retained to meet legal obligations or deal with a claim.
Contact us at support@accuroo.app, or the contact form. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority; you do not have to contact us first where the law gives you that choice.
The current enquiry workflow does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
8. Cookies and updates
See the Cookie Policy for technical storage and external resources. We will update this notice when the purposes or services change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
